2 Returns

2.1 How do I cancel / return an order?

Should you wish to return items to Loved by Blanche then you need to take care of this yourself.

Proceeds
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So you are not completely satisfied with your order you can report your order within 14 days of receipt for return. After confirming us you then have 14 days to send the item back.

Follow this procedure for return:
1) Take within 14 days (preferably within 3 days) after receipt of your order, please contact our Customer Service. Just send an email to info@lovedbyblanche.com
Stated:
- Invoice Number
- Reason for return (optional)

2) After the confirmation from us, you have 14 days to send the item back. Velmeld with the return the bank account that will receive the return amount.

3) Once we receive the items in good order, you will receive within a few days of confirmation. We will refund the amount as soon as possible but within 14 days after receipt of the returned refund to you.
Excluded from the right of return are gift certificates and special (by appointment) or customized products.

3 Shipping

3.1 What are the costs of sending it?

Netherlands Apartments Mester will be no shipping charge. To other countries it depends entirely on the distance of your order.

Finished shopping? Click "checkout".
